Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980 and is an American singer and actress. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell - a television director. She is an American singer and actress. Her birthplace was in Michigan's Huntington Woods with a Polish mother and father who has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish and Irish. Kristen found her talent in entertainment as a young age. When she was in 1992, the actress attended her first audition and won a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was accepted by her mother as an agent when she was only thirteen years old. She was then selected for newspapers ads as well as TV commercials. In addition, she is beginning private acting lessons. Bell had a role that was not credited on Polish Wedding (1998), the film that was released in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music as well as drama. She was a part of Dorothy in the production for high school that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theatre upon the completion of her studies. Bell quit university in 2001 and began playing the role Becky of Tom Sawyer. She made her first film credit in Pootie Tang in 2001. However, her scene cut, and her only appearance is in the credits at the end. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson and in The Crucible Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
